Here is a note I wrote down sadly during last years AGM (05) after some dull first degree freaked out badly on some neophyte's 'inpropper' magick:

if the pacts strength is our diversity, then what is the use in making new members - havin neophytes - but to also learn from them while they learn from us.

I apreciate when they show me the way they do it (magick) - instead of having them (through my personal effort) do it my way.

As if we knew already all the answers about magick and if there was the one and only right form of magick.

Here's a chance to grow the next step into the new aeon.

So why shout at them so very angrily?
Is there something like propper and inpropper magick in this pact?

BTW, that one neophyte has presented a work this year (MAAT) which I personally found so much much more powerful and interesting than the stuff that first degree presented over the last years....
