ABLAUF:

1. Handtuchbannung (Saunabannung)
2. Gemeinde nimmt Embryohaltung ein (= Symbol für das Ei)
3. Schlüpfen: Übergang in die Onkel-Theodor-Verehrungshaltung (kieend mit erhobenen Armen)
4. Meditation
5. Aufstehen und im Uhrzeigersinn im Kreis um das Mittelstück gehen (= Platte spielt); scratchen ist erlaubt nd sogar erwünscht
6. Wenn dadurch genügend Trance/Gnosis aufgebaut wurde kommt die Platte zum Stillstand
7. Öffnen des Dietrich zur Kommunikation mit den Mysterios

(Zeit und Raum für Invokation der Mysterios falls erwünscht)

8. Reinigung
9. Divination
10. Sakramente

PROCEDURE:
1. Towel banishing (sauna banishing)
2. The community takes the position of the embryo (= symbol for the egg)
3. Hatching: transition to the position of worshiping Uncle Theodor (kneeling, arms raised)
4. Meditation
5. Stand up and walk around the centre piece clockwise (= the record is playing); scratching is allowed and even desired.
6. As soon as enough trance/gnosis has built up, the record stops spinning
7. Opening of Dietrich to communicate with the Mysterios
